In order to more easily manage our thoughts and feelings, and also to
change behaviour, we need to learn through different tools. From over 30 years of experience, I have a whole box of psychological tools that we use together in my therapy. I offer calls both physically at my practice in Gothenburg or digitally - everything to make it easy for you to meet your specific needs.

Individual
sessions

Through reflection, you can identify your thoughts and feelings, needs and basic values. By surveying your own history, putting your problems into context and paying attention to what is happening within you and in the world around you, the conditions are created to change your situation or to be able to create acceptance. We also need to become aware of which behaviors lead to a better quality of life and how to practice using them.

Therapy
for couples

Improve your communication, develop your intimacy and sexual togetherness, deal with lack of security and trust in each other, as well as other commonly occurring difficulties in a relationship.

Coaching for
managers

Being a leader involves challenges of various kinds. By reflecting together with an expert in work environment and leadership, you get help to manage your own experiences, strengthen your staff to feel good and do the right things, and get support in conflict management, difficult personnel matters, implementing changes, etc.

CFT, or Self-Compassion, is based on several different research areas. It has elements from research done on evolutionary psychology, biology, emotions, attachment, CBT and man as a social being. CFT is also inspired by Buddhist philosophy and meditation. Here we work to increase well-being and security in yourself. You get to learn more about how the brain, emotions and how you as a person work. You also get help to increase the capacity for compassion. In the treatment, you examine together with the psychologist why you have difficult with certain parts of life. You will receive support in facing difficult emotions and working with self-criticism and shame.

everyday life.
